Yes it's been some time since I've drawn a new wax-art pictures and I still don't feel very much like doing so
the moment
I rather prefer reading some
fantasynovels and watching TV
So until I've crossed this nowhere-land and desert of uninspirement and got rid of my present grumpiness...
I'll be refining andposting some of my older
encaustic pictures to entertain you
Technique:
Special colored beewax is being applied onto the hot sole of an lithe iron. By spreading the hot molten wax onto a special sealed/coated paper card I'm able to create different patterns and designs and with the tip or rim of the iron I can even create animals, plants and buildings. But it does take some practice to do that !

Medium: Hobbyline + Stockmar wax-blocks
Tools: Iron + Knife as a scraper
Original Size: A6
Time to draw it : about 3-5 hours
