At the door to the open Sea

Back to encaustic wax-paintings again

This time I wantend to make something really BLUE
and it turned out to be a peak out through a natural
cave door into the deep ocean with some dolphins
and a sword-fish bubbling a greeting

Tools: Lithe iron to apply hot molten wax + knive for scraping

Medium: Hobbyline colored bee-wax

Paper: Thick high glossy print-paper

Original Size: A6 small postcard size

Time: Took be roughly 45 minutes to finish
